Our Healthy People grants promote access to primary health care and related medical services for uninsured and under-insured low income individuals and families. These grants can be used for core support and project specific support. This focus area works to assist community-based clinics and organizations address the growing need for primary and specialty care within the Central Texas community.
The funding cycle for grants varies for each program area.
Healthy Minds, Healthy Living, and Healthy Futures proposals are due January 15, and grants are awarded in June. Healthy Aging and Healthy People proposals are due July 15, and grants are awarded in December.
In fairness to applicants who meet submission deadlines, the Foundation does not accept late submissions.
