Timeline for Submitting a Proposal for an Innovation Grant
Proposals for an innovation grant are accepted year-round, and funding decisions will be made periodically throughout the year.

Letter of Inquiry
All agencies requesting funding through the Innovation grant process are required to submit a brief Letter of Inquiry (LOI).  LOIs that fit the Foundation's program areas and funding priorities will be invited to submit a Full Proposal.  Before beginning the online LOI application, we recommend that you review the Foundation's Goals, Program Areas, and Priorities. Requests must be submitted in the form of an online application (see link below). The LOI questions are available in PDF format if you wish to see the questions before starting the application.

Full Proposal
Full Proposals for the Innovation grants are accepted by invitation only and should not be submitted unless requested by a Foundation staff member in response to an LOI. St. David’s Community Health Foundation will provide organizations that are invited to submit a Full Proposal with additional instructions for using the online application system for Full Proposals.
